All compounds sold by Novatheris are strictly for research purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption, diagnostic use, or therapeutic application. By purchasing from Novatheris, you confirm that you understand and agree to this condition.
All product specifications, including purity percentages and certificates of analysis, are provided as reported by independent third-party laboratories. Novatheris makes no warranties beyond the data stated in the accompanying COA for each batch.
All orders are placed via WhatsApp or email. Pricing, availability, and delivery terms are confirmed individually for each order. Novatheris reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion.
Products are shipped with temperature-controlled packaging within Costa Rica and the Central American region. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handoff to the shipping carrier.
Due to the nature of research compounds and cold-chain requirements, returns are accepted only for documented quality issues supported by independent testing. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a quality claim.
Novatheris S.A. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific product in question.
