Tirzepatide 10 to 100 mg
Dual GIP and GLP-1 agonist
A single peptide that activates two receptors at once: GIP and GLP-1. Its backbone derives from the GIP sequence and carries a C20 fatty-acid chain that binds albumin and extends its duration to about a week. In the head-to-head obesity trial against semaglutide it produced greater weight reduction; that trial was open-label, without blinding.
CAS: 2023788-19-2. Lyophilized powder: -20 °C, stable.
